The vice president for customer operation of Comcast Corp. believes that they have to gain an edge through customers service to encourage the they current consumers to bundle up services so the company would be competitive in this year of recession. Customers of company which only receives one service like telephone will be encourage to add cable and telephone which will be much cheaper in bundles than separately through other service providers.
